Every result is tracked and tested against examples reviewed by your team. If those examples do not exist yet, creating them is part of the process.

Start with a context audit.

Before I recommend building anything, I spend three weeks learning how work actually gets done in your organization: where information lives, how decisions are made, which exceptions matter, and what knowledge exists only in people's heads.

I turn that into a practical blueprint that you own, whether we continue together or not.

You receive:

  • 1.An operations map. Your key workflows, information, relationships, approvals, exceptions, and unwritten decision rules.
  • 2.A data inventory. Where important information lives, who controls it, its condition, and the gaps that could limit a new system.
  • 3.Clear data boundaries. What stays inside your environment, what may be shared with providers, who processes it, and what is retained.

You then receive either a fixed-price build proposal or a recommendation not to build.

Workerbee AI

An agent-powered hiring platform matching enterprises with vetted software specialists. Matching on résumé keywords is shallow; what predicted a successful placement was context — how a specialist had performed on comparable work, and the patterns nobody had written down.

I led the AI architecture: a connected view of people, skills, roles, and outcomes, so introductions reason over how someone actually performed, and every hiring result feeds the next match.

Me@Walmart

Time and attendance for more than two million retail associates still ran on a mainframe workforce system. Stores needed it on a phone, and the cost of keeping the old stack alive was measured in millions a month.

I architected the features associates use every day, moved the legacy system onto the cloud, and built the mobile tools department managers actually ran their floors with.

I'm Noor. I've spent sixteen years building software systems, including the last three years focused on AI. My work includes knowledge graphs, systems that check AI results, and tools that help teams use AI in their daily work. I have also guided software platforms through SOC 2, so I understand security and vendor reviews.

I do all the work myself and only work with a few clients at a time. If I become unavailable, you will not be stuck. Everything I build runs on your systems and uses tools another qualified engineer can manage. You own the system, its data, its tests, its instructions, and the written record of how your business works from the moment they are created.
